White

Blue: Swimmers who have a solid understanding and ability to swim all four strokes and are ready to swim 1.5+ hours per practice. This group will be introduced to more challenging aspects of swim training and will start building more advanced technical knowledge.
Bronze:  Swimmers who are able to handle 2 hours of training 5 days per week.  This group will have a higher level of technical skill in their stroke technique and will be expected to train at a higher level than the previous groups.

Silver: Swimmers who are able to handle 2+ hours of training 5 days per week. This group is designed as a transition group for age-group swimmers moving from age group into the senior group. They will increase in training levels to prepare them for our top training group.

Fun & Fitness Group:  This group will be for (but not limited to) swimmers 10-13 years old that are relatively new to the sport of swimming.  They have the basics of the sport but want to learn more technique to improve.  Swimmers in this group will be training only 1 hour per day 3 days per week. Members of this group can compete in developmental meets if they wish.

Gold:  This group is for our high school age swimmers and elite age-group swimmers.  This group will train at a high level and will require a true commitment from the swimmers in attendance and effort at practice.

Gold HS: This group is for our high school age swimmers who want to stay in shape for the High School Season. Their practices will end when the HS season starts.
